Everjoy (“Everjoy”, “we”, “us”) provides a platform to discover venues and vendors, compare offers, and manage bookings. By using our website or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Platform Role

We connect event organizers with third-party vendors and venues. Unless explicitly stated, Everjoy is not a party to contracts between organizers and vendors and does not guarantee pricing, availability, or performance.

4. User Conduct

  • Provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
  • No fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content or activity.

5. Listings, Quotes & Payments

Vendor listings and quotes are provided by third parties. Fees, taxes, and cancellation terms are set by those parties. You are responsible for reviewing all terms before booking.

6. Reviews & Content

By posting content (e.g., reviews, images) you grant Everjoy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services. You represent you have rights to post it.

7. Intellectual Property

The site, brand, and software are protected by IP laws. Except as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Everjoy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Everjoy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
